During the summer months special BBQ cuts can be prepared. These include:

  • steaks
  • flavoured burgers
  • chops
  • noisettes
  • spare ribs

All the lamb is prepared fresh on site and making food miles negligible.

A typical half lamb consists of:

  • 1 leg
  • 1 shank
  • 1 shoulder
  • 1 knuckle
  • 1 boned & rolled breast
  • best end of neck
  • approx 12 cutlets
  • neck
  • liver/kidneys (optional)

The lamb can be collected from the farm shop by prior arrangement (contact Rowland Pritchard on 01792 390012) or by overnight delivery nationally.
