1 leg
1 shank
1 shoulder
1 knuckle
1 boned & rolled breast
best end of neck
approx 12 cutlets
neck
liver/kidneys (optional)

During the summer months special BBQ cuts can be prepared.
These include:     steaks - flavoured burgers - chops -  noisettes -  spare ribs
 

Now available - Winter Warmer packs of Gower Salt Marsh Lamb. For those who want a taste of lamb for the winter or a Special Christmas present we now provide a variety pack ideally suited to feed your desire for comfort food. This pack will contain: mince, ½ shoulder, ½ leg, leg steaks, shoulder steaks, neck and chops. All this delivered to you for £50.

Please order before 10th December to arrive in time for Christmas.
