All Gower Salt Marsh Lamb is fully traceable and are born on the farms where they live and spend most of their lives grazing the salt marsh.
This marsh contains a natural abundance of Samphire, Sorrel, Sea lavender and Thrift (see left) Not only a tremendous source of nourishment but delicious on its own, Samphire is available when in season from the Castle farm shop

The 2016 season for Salt Marsh Lamb is over, but we will have frozen Lamb available up to June 2017.
We currently have a wide range of cuts available, but the Lamb tends to go quick, so order soon.
