All Gower Salt Marsh Lamb is fully traceable and are born on the farms where they live and spend most of their lives grazing the salt marsh.
This marsh contains a natural abundance of Samphire, Sorrel, Sea lavender and Thrift (see left) Not only a tremendous source of nourishment but delicious on its own, Samphire is available when in season from the Castle farm shop
2014 season about to start
We are pleased to announce that the new 2014 season of Gower Salt Marsh Lamb is about to start. From 17th of June, we shall have fresh new season Lamb available at Weobley Castle, local shops and restaurants and for postal delivery up until Christmas.
