Welcome to Gower Salt Marsh Lamb

Our families have been farming the marsh by Weobley Castle for nearly half a century.  Whereas before the lambs were sold and lost on the open market/in the supermarket trade now the Gower Salt Marsh Lamb co-operative are  producing their own premium lamb for sale direct to the customer.

Our lamb is available from July to December. For periods outside these times please contact us.
