A fantastic Shoulder that is easy to carve!
Boned all the way apart from the Shoulder Shank, this joint looks great, cooks quicker, and is much easier to carve, whilst giving the same superb sweet meat.
Use the butchery notes if you would like us to not tie the joint up, leaving it butterfly style
